These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the mbi23 platform, accessible via mbi23.best. By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any service offered by mbi23, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions of these Terms.

Mbi23 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. However, amendments that materially affect member rights will be communicated via email or through a notice on the platform's homepage at least three days before taking effect. Continued use of the mbi23 platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

To register and use the mbi23 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Not prohibited from using online betting services under any law or regulation applicable to you personally.

Mbi23 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm a member's eligibility. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension or termination of the account.

Each member is permitted to hold only one account at mbi23. Opening multiple accounts is a serious violation of these terms and may result in the permanent closure of all related accounts, along with the forfeiture of any outstanding balances and winnings.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. mbi23 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated information submitted by a member. Any changes to personal information should be updated promptly through your account settings or via customer support.

• Your account password is entirely your personal responsibility. Do not share it with anyone.
• mbi23 will never ask for your password via email, phone, or live chat.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared device.

Mbi23 accepts deposits through Malaysian local payment methods only. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted payment methods are as follows:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet — Direct deposit from your TNG eWallet balance.
• GrabPay — Via the Grab Malaysia app.

The minimum deposit is RM 30 per transaction. There is no set daily maximum deposit limit for regular members; however, mbi23 reserves the right to conduct additional checks on deposits exceeding certain amounts for compliance purposes. All deposits are final once credited to a mbi23 account and cannot be reversed by the member.

Mbi23 is committed to processing all valid withdrawals to a registered e-wallet within three minutes. Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to another method that has been verified by the mbi23 verification team.

Withdrawal conditions that must be met:

• Withdrawals are only permitted once basic identity verification has been completed for new accounts.
• If a bonus has been claimed, all associated rollover requirements must be fully met before a withdrawal can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• mbi23 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for withdrawals exceeding a certain amount.

Mbi23 reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold pending investigation if there are signs of suspicious activity on the account in question. In such cases, the member will be contacted by our support team for further verification.

Mbi23 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including a welcome bonus of up to RM 500, weekly cashback, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated on the respective promotions page.

General terms applicable to all mbi23 bonuses:

• Each member is entitled to each bonus type once only, unless otherwise stated.
• The welcome bonus is exclusively available to new members who have never previously registered with mbi23.
• Rollover requirements must be met within the specified period, or the bonus will expire automatically.
• Sports Betting contributes at 100% towards rollover, while live table games contribute at 10%–20%.
• The minimum qualifying bet that counts towards rollover is RM 5 with minimum odds of 1.60 for Sports Betting.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly constitutes fraud and will result in account termination.

The mbi23 Sports Betting section covers more than 30 sport categories, including Malaysia Super League and EPL football, BWF badminton, NBA basketball, Grand Slam tennis, Formula 1, PGA Tour golf, MMA, and more. All bets are subject to the sport-specific rules published on the platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed by the mbi23 system and cannot be cancelled by the member.
• mbi23 reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a significant error in odds publication.
• For postponed matches, bets remain valid if the match resumes within 48 hours. Otherwise, bets will be voided and stakes refunded.
• In-play betting is settled based on official results issued by the relevant sporting body.
• mbi23 reserves the right to limit betting limits for specific members based on their wagering patterns.
• Any form of systematic sports arbitrage betting (arbing) is strictly prohibited.

The mbi23 casino section covers live table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, sic bo, dragon tiger), online poker, and virtual sports. All games are operated on a fair and transparent system.

• All casino games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been audited by an independent third party to ensure fairness.

Mbi23 operates a 24-hour fraud detection system to protect the integrity of the platform and all its members. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and legal action:

• Opening multiple accounts using the same or different identities.
• Money laundering through the mbi23 platform.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or that has been stolen.
• Manipulating games using automated software, bots, or hacking tools.
• Colluding with other players in poker games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Systematic bonus abuse through fake accounts or coordination with other parties.
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification.

Mbi23 reserves the right to report any suspected illegal activity to the relevant authorities in Malaysia. In confirmed cases of fraud, mbi23 will forfeit the account balance and all associated winnings without any refund.

Mbi23 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, violations of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or at the request of a lawful authority.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the mbi23 customer support team. In the case of voluntary closure:

• Valid account balances (not subject to any active bonus) will be returned to the member.
• Accounts closed for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion) cannot be reopened within the designated period.
• Any bonus that has not met the rollover requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Mbi23 provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that it will be entirely free from technical disruptions, errors, or system failures. That said, we are committed to resolving any technical issues as promptly as possible.
